About Me

I’m a freelance writer and journalist based in Toronto. I'm keen on human-interest stories and I’ve focused on reporting on mental health, cost of living, the arts, business, life style and health.

I graduated from the University of Toronto with an Honours Bachelor of Arts with a double major in Anthropology and Professional Writing. In 2024, I was awarded a fellowship from the Canadian Journalism Foundation and spent six months at the Globe and Mail as the inaugural Black Journalism Fellow.

I look forward to connecting.
